Logistics is more crucial than ever for UK PLC as a result of Brexit, technological advancements, and other disruptive forces that are changing how commodities are transported across borders and along the supply chain.

Responsabilities:

  • Managing the accounts of more than 500 members, with the goal of successfully renewing current services.
  • Determine whether there is room for upselling or cross-selling of additional services to current clients.
  • Control of the sales pipeline within the specified SLAs.
  • Determine and provide field representatives with sales leads for goods and services.
  • Debt management for your account portfolio to prevent any bad effects or service interruptions.
  • Make sure that the number of new and existing consumers in your portfolio grows every year.
  • Make that every interaction with customers is done so in accordance with internal procedures and is recorded.
  • Finalizing or managing all aspect of post-sale administration.
  • Reach the daily goal for customer account reviews.
  • Identify Logistics UK as the top business group in the UK for the logistics industry.
  • Exchange knowledge and best practices with internal stakeholders, other MREs, and the larger team.
  • Participate in and attend team meetings and training sessions.
  • Attend conferences and gatherings as a team or alone; occasionally, this will need staying the night.

Requeriments:

  • Customer-First Mentality.
  • Prior experience working in account management or outbound telesales.
  • The capacity to interact with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels through effective communication.

  • Self-assured and lucid communication style
  • Ability to influence judgments through a variety of sales techniques and negotiation abilities.
  • Knowledge of operating in a target-driven setting.
