Responsabilities:
- Gaining new clients for our website, commercial, and overseas sales divisions.
- Concentrate on the main markets in North America and Europe.
- Efficiently overseeing our current clientele.
- Keeping our current clientele and assisting in the reduction of total churn.
- Keep your level of business acumen and product expertise high while exhibiting excellent customer involvement.
- Make sure you keep up-to-date, accurate, and superior client records in Salesforce.
- Continually enhance your product expertise to ensure you are comfortable discussing Zoopla’s full product portfolio. When it’s suitable, participate in internal or external training programs to expand your skill set. It is your responsibility to keep your knowledge about your product, market, and competitors up to date.
- Maintain effective communication ties with all other teams & departments across the organization and communicate effectively with internal & external customers.
- As appropriate, to respond to consumer complaints or inquiries and see through the resolution of the matter.
- To act as an effective, professional advocate for the company at all external events, conferences and presentations when required.
- Take part in special initiatives as needed.
Requeriments:
- Working in a consultative sales capacity and having experience with B2B retention and sales.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and their significance for commercial enterprises.
- Excellent time-management and organizational abilities that enable you to efficiently manage your own time and meet deadlines.
- Capacity to quickly adjust to change and remain adaptable in a performance-driven, fast-paced atmosphere.
- Results-driven and self-driven, with the capacity to operate independently; continuously exhibit good judgment and original thought.
- Experience assisting clients in realizing the benefits of and methods for realizing their own digital potential while working in contexts undergoing digital transformation.
- Efficiently communicating with clients both inside and outside the company, participating positively in team meetings, etc.
- Desire to be part of and contribute to the success of a fast-growing organisation.
- Minimally intermediate Microsoft Excel and Google Slides/Sheets computer skills.
- A fundamental understanding of how websites operate, or at the very least, the ability to pick up some technical expertise.
