Our Personal Shoppers, who answer to our Personal Shopping Managers, will be the first to respond to each consumer inquiry, driving the sale of premium goods to a global audience.

You will establish, nurture, and grow significant connections with your customers in order to deliver the most individualized luxury shopping experience.

It is anticipated that you will maintain and expand a clientele of consistent, devoted customers.

You will receive a fantastic commission structure in addition to your base income and incentive. For your professional growth, we also have an excellent Shopper Program that will let you advance as you meet your goals.

The base pay for this position in our Style Concierge team is £25k, and for an experienced Personal Shopper, it can reach £40–45k. This aligns with our Shopper initiative. This is the base pay; you would receive our incredible commission packages on top, which would nearly double your income!

The team and this post are located in Shoreditch, London, in Telephone House, and they are hybrid. Because of the way our team and business operate, this role does have in-office obligations. While we’re incredibly flexible about what those are and how they work, this team does need to meet in person three days a week.

Requeriments:

• Engage in direct communication with customers using chat-based platforms to get product requests and sales confirmations. Additionally, look for important industry cooperation opportunities and bring them to Threads’ attention.
• Establish and maintain your own personal clientele while scheduling private shopping appointments both domestically and abroad (if necessary).
• Engage in direct communication with customers using chat-based media to provide fashion styling inspiration, answer questions, and sell desired products. You may also do research, source, and locate products to meet the needs and desires of your customers.
• Analyze client profiles and put a plan in place to grow sales each year while working toward monthly and annual sales portfolio goals.
• Collaborate closely with the internal departments (social, brand partnerships, sourcing, creative, dispatch, and finance) that enhance the customer journey as a whole.
• Engage in direct communication with customers via chat-based platforms to get product requests and sales confirmations. You can also use this channel to find important industry cooperation prospects and forward them to Threads.
