Responsabilities:

• Help the Head of Risk & Assurance to adapt our risk management system to the network’s expansion and organizational culture.
• Constantly advise our international colleagues on how to manage organizational risks.
• Examine risk data from many sources within the movement to create dynamic, informative risk reports that are suited for the target audience.
• Encourage prompt reporting and the raising of new risks to management through frequent reporting cycles, both internally and externally.
• Evaluate insurance coverage and brokerage on a regular basis for MMI and Program Affiliates to make sure coverage is adequate and comprehensive
• Keep track of any hazards or holes in our insurance plan, and collaborate with the Head of Risk & Assurance to make sure they’re recognized, taken seriously, and addressed.
• Oversee the yearly renewal procedure for any applicable MMI policies and serve as a coordinator for any modifications that need to be reported to the insurance provider or claims.
• Offer advice on our insurance programs for Program Affiliates, including clarification on policy coverage and assistance to local employees with major claims.

• An 8% non-contributory pension payment, which is paid after three months (for candidates from outside the country, the 8% pension contribution is included in their income).
