Responsabilities:

• Using technologies like Kotlin (including coroutines and flows), Retrofit, Dagger2, Coil, Navigation Components, Room, Unit, Mockito, Turbine, and other Jetpack libraries, you will oversee the design and development of large-scale high performance services.
• You will add to the technical roadmap for our product.
• Possess a strong desire to learn about and use Jetpack Compose and other cutting-edge Android technologies.
• You will take the lead in creating and maintaining internal frameworks and services that improve Sainsbury’s capabilities.
• Engineering over the duration of a product, including decommissioning

Requeriments:

• Be proficient in one or more of the programming languages used in our ecosystem, such as Kotlin and Android.
• Knowledge of engineering and architectural principles as well as proficiency in engineering practice
• A track record of success in the design and implementation of software, security, cloud computing, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and any applicable hardware
• Self-motivation and a never-ending quest to enhance your division, team, and peers
• Encourage the use of agile and lean delivery techniques.
• You are passionate about providing customers with solutions and managing the entire Software Development Lifecycle.
• A strong desire to learn more and show that you’re curious about emerging technologies
