Responsabilities:

• Leading and facilitating the delivery of solutions that add value, boost productivity, and improve performance for the company will be your primary responsibility.
• As the leader and line manager of a multi-skilled engineering team, you will make sure they have the tools and know-how needed to provide complete technical solutions for products.
• It is your duty to coach and mentor your team members, seek out and hire talented and diverse candidates, and foster a climate of respect, cooperation, and learning.
• You will establish the technical direction and product vision in close collaboration with product managers and engineers. You will oversee several deliveries and assume full responsibility for your products, including change and service management.

  You will also oversee finances at the initiative level, make sure procedures and guidelines are followed, and exhibit good attitudes and behaviors that support an inclusive and high-achieving culture.
