Responsabilities:

  • Functional teams and centers of excellence. Activating and carrying out these strategies, influencing and coaching executives to create a high-performance culture, carrying out and integrating business change projects, and cultivating a cooperative and welcoming atmosphere are all part of your duties.
  • In addition, you will monitor progress toward goals and objectives, analyze people data to support decision-making, and actively support the advancement of favorable metrics pertaining to talent, performance, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Driving business performance and making sure the company has the resources it needs to succeed will be largely dependent on your function.

Requeriments:

  • You are a seasoned strategic HR specialist with a track record of working in close collaboration with stakeholders and senior executives in intricate, fast-moving commercial organizations. Your strong influencing and relationship-building abilities are demonstrated by your CIPD Level 5 + qualification and your experience developing and implementing people plans in partnership with Centers of Excellence. Your ability to facilitate and lead business change and transformation, along with your experience in talent management, brings value to the company. You are excellent at analyzing and extrapolating meaning from data to support strategic decision-making as a data-driven decision-maker. You help to create successful business collaborations with your in-depth knowledge of organizational effectiveness and design.
