Responsabilities:

• As a Merchandiser for our General Merchandise team at Sainsbury’s Argos, you will play a critical part in executing a customer-facing, multi-channel merchandising strategy for the Lego® category/ranges, aligned with the overarching commercial plan to generate profitable growth.
• This entails assessing markets, consumer profiles, and supplier expertise to construct the category/range framework and create budgets that support the plan.
• You will regularly analyze performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and contribute to trade reviews and post-implementation reviews. It will be crucial to manage supplier relationships, supply chain logistics, and stock levels in addition to working with cross

Requeriments:

• Functional teams on joint business planning and space optimization. • You are a highly driven and insightful businessperson who works as a Merchandiser for Sainsbury’s and Argos General Merchandise team. You have experience merchandising in multi-channel retail settings that don’t sell food. You work best in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment where you can make decisions quickly and in line with the overarching business plan. Your exceptional analytical abilities and customer-focused approach enable you to build frameworks for categories and ranges, establish budgets, and propel profitable expansion. You can establish connections with important stakeholders, work cross-functionally, and guarantee the effective execution of merchandising milestones because to your strong communication and persuasion abilities.
