To effectively oversee a group of service technicians. to make sure that the technician team provides an outstanding client experience throughout their service maintenance visits by collaborating with the Field Service Planner and Regional Service Manager.
Requeriments:
- Strong people management abilities; very at ease assessing and enhancing team output; sets a good example
outstanding ability to communicate - Proactive “can-do” mentality Commercially oriented and able to offer advice and find solutions for day-to-day problems, whether they concern their team or clients
- Strong planning and organizing skills
- Strong data analytic abilities and the ability to translate them into constructive action Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines
- Strong horticulture expertise is preferred, although instruction will be given.
- Possess at least ten years of experience leading a team, preferably a remote maintenance team; familiarity with B2B corporate clientele
- Proficiency in overseeing health and safety protocols and serving as an exemplar of dedication to elevated health and safety benchmarks
- Microsoft Teams and Outlook: outstanding expertise
- MS Excel: outstanding proficiency
- ERP software
