Title of Job: Recycle Coordinator

LOCATION: Designer Outlet at Livingston

SHIFT PATTERN: 37.5 hours per week, five days a week, Wednesday through Sunday.

ACCOUNTING TO: Supervisor of Cleaning

RATE PER HOUR: £12.13

Responsabilities:

• To perform cleaning and recycling tasks accurately, promptly, and in compliance with the site cleaning/recycling specification. This includes sorting all rubbish into the relevant waste stream and interacting with the grounds team to ensure that bins are emptied and empty bins brought in to guarantee a smooth operation.
• Interacting with members of the public and give outstanding customer service when required.
• To fulfill the cleaning assignment duties as assigned by their Line Manager. Cleaning the space you’ll be working in, the bins, and other things connected to the food court’s operations will all fall under this category.
• To maintain a good line of communication by communicating on a daily basis with their team members, site management, and line manager.
• To handle the garbage on site in accordance with Scottish legislation and recycling norms and regulations.
• Upkeep and appropriate/safe operation of any equipment on location, guaranteeing that any malfunctions are notified and fixed right away.
• Make sure to use cleaning products correctly, minimizing waste and maintaining adequate stock levels at all times.
• Follow the company’s policies and procedures on health and safety.
• Keep up a great working rapport with the client and other employees.
