Responsabilities:
- Managing the accounts of more than 500 members, with the goal of successfully renewing current services.
- Determine whether there is room for upselling or cross-selling of additional services to current clients.
- Control of the sales pipeline within the specified SLAs.
- Determine and provide field representatives with sales leads for goods and services.
- Debt management for your account portfolio to prevent any bad effects or service interruptions.
- Make sure that the number of new and existing consumers in your portfolio grows every year.
- Make that every interaction with customers is done so in accordance with internal procedures and is recorded.
- Finalizing or managing all aspect of post-sale administration.
- Reach the daily goal for customer account reviews.
- Identify Logistics UK as the top business group in the UK for the logistics industry.
- Exchange knowledge and best practices with internal stakeholders, other MREs, and the larger team.
- Participate in and attend team meetings and training sessions.
- Attend conferences and gatherings as a team or alone; occasionally, this will need staying the night.

Requeriments:

- Prior experience working in account management or outbound telesales.
