Our AI blends the advantages of automated detection (speed and scalability) with the capabilities of human moderation (correct video classification). This state-of-the-art technology will assist us in resolving practical issues related to content moderation and other areas. We envision a secure and just online environment where artificial intelligence can make decisions.

We operate on a massive scale, analyzing millions of photos and videos from the biggest platforms worldwide every day, and have raised over $25 million in venture capital funding from prestigious funds like Creandum and Plural. However, we are only getting started on this trip, and we are very excited about our expansion plans for the upcoming year and beyond!

Responsabilities:

• Determine the technological approach and direction for our Software Engineering department.
• Collaborate closely with Platform and Machine Learning
• Engineers to design scalable and effective solutions by hand.
• Lead and mentor backend developer community members, offering direction and assistance in conjunction with their engineering manager to guarantee superior output.
• Create procedures and guidelines that help developers create excellent software.
• Make time for practical development, understanding architecture, and manufacturing assistance.
• Keep abreast on emerging technology and industry best practices for software engineering.

Requeriments:

• As one of our first hires, we are seeking someone who shares our enthusiasm for Unitary’s objective, wants to make a significant impact at a startup, and wants to play a crucial role in shaping the company’s future. We require adaptable individuals who are eager to get right in, ready to learn, and eager to advance within the organization.
• We require an Engineering Lead for this specific function who can be both a hands-on contributor and an enabler of others in delivering through the standards and practices they define.
• Currently, we’re developing our stack in Python, but in order to be more scalable, we’re looking into switching sections of our architecture to Go.
