The goal of Mimica is to use AI to discover and implement automation more quickly.

With the use of employee clicks and typing patterns, our first product, Mapper, recognizes important decisions, stages, and repetitions and creates “blueprints” for automation. Our machine learning pipeline is based on a technology that converts noisy, low-level computer actions into a clear, readable representation for humans. We’ve introduced a companion product, Miner, to assist businesses in identifying and prioritizing automation opportunities in addition to process mapping creation.

Responsabilities:

• Creating and manufacturing fresh machine learning models for our various products
• Handling a range of data formats, including sequential clickstream data, computer vision, and natural language processing
• Developing instruments to assess and enhance data quality and model correctness
• Constructing data annotation interfaces in conjunction with frontend engineers
• Taking part in architectural choices and working with other teams to find and apply product enhancements
• Recording protocols and guidelines to promote information exchange and assist fellow engineers in advancing through mentoring and partnering
• Taking part in the selection and orientation of new team members; as we expand, assuming full project management duties

Requeriments:

• Experience resolving challenging technical problems at the nexus of software development and data science (from releasing production code to exploratory analysis)
• Proficiency in producing high-quality Python code for production and an interest in learning about technologies like Node.js and MongoDB
• Strong familiarity with a range of ML libraries and packages
  working familiarity with named-entity identification, word embeddings, and classification techniques in natural language processing
• Promotion of engineering best practices with an emphasis on maintainability, automated testing, continuous delivery, and code quality
• A strong desire to advance your career, enhance teamwork, and lower technical debt
• English proficiency and the capacity to explain complicated concepts, difficult ideas, and trade-offs
