In addition to leading the worldwide sales force, the duties of the worldwide Head of Sales include creating and implementing sales strategies and accelerating revenue development. A strategic thinker with a track record of success in international sales, strong leadership qualities, and the capacity to forge lasting bonds with important partners and clients are required for this position.

Responsabilities:

Strategic Planning and Implementation

  • Create and implement a thorough worldwide sales plan in line with the goals and expansion aims of the business.
  • Determine target markets and clientele groups, then rank them.
  • Make and execute budgets and plans for sales.

Leadership and Development of Teams:

  • Oversee, coach, and grow a top-notch international sales team.
  • Clearly define your expectations for performance and give regular feedback.
  • Encourage a culture of responsibility, cooperation, and ongoing development.

Revenue Growth:

  • Increase revenue by gaining new clients and strengthening ties with current clients.
  • Establish and preserve solid connections with important partners, clients, and influential people in the industry.
  • Track performance against goals, anticipate sales, and manage the sales pipeline.

Market and Competitive Analysis:

  • Find trends, opportunities, and threats from competitors by conducting market research.
  • Make educated sales decisions by utilizing data analysis and insight.
  • Keep an eye on rival activity and make any necessary strategy adjustments.

Cooperation and Cross-Functional Partnership:

  • To guarantee alignment and support for sales activities, maintain close working relationships with the marketing, product development, and customer service departments.
  • Work together with other top leaders to advance the growth and general strategy of the organization.
  • Enhance efficiency and effectiveness by optimizing technologies, tools, and processes related to sales operations.
  • Adopt best practices for reporting, performance evaluation, and sales management.

Requirements:

Education:

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a similar discipline. Preferably an advanced degree, such as an MBA.

Experience:

  • At least five years of senior sales leadership experience, along with ten or more years of progressive sales experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage international sales teams and hit revenue goals.

Proficiency and aptitude:

  • Strong ability to think strategically and solve problems.
