As a member of this team, you will assist in providing Pirate artists worldwide with top-notch service and back our permanent staff of CX Specialists during moments of high demand. With our exclusive self-scheduling tool, you can choose shifts and improve your work-life balance during these flexible and informal hours.

Responsabilities:

Assisting clients via live chat, phone, and email, handling reservations and account inquiries, diagnosing equipment problems, doing administrative work, and informing our operational team of equipment and estates issues are just a few of the duties.

Requirements:

  • Experience providing customer care, ideally in a busy call center setting.
  • Strong grasp of the fundamentals of outstanding customer service and a customer-focused approach.
  • Previous expertise with audio equipment is ideal.
