In your capacity as a Business Development Representative, you will support our Symbols & Independents (S&I) business while seated within the National Field Sales Team. The job requires the holder to assume responsibility for supporting and delivering market share growth across a predetermined portfolio of stores, regardless of their Route To Market (RTM).

concentrating mostly on expanding the availability and awareness of the AG Barr core brand within a designated zone of Impulse stores in order to become a “model store.” This function will be crucial to supporting our ongoing energy portfolio distribution plan, where the job holder will make sure the placement of campaign and brand Point Of Sale (POS) maximizes the visibility of AG Barr products.

Since the position holder will be a member of a larger territory team, they must exhibit good collaboration abilities and the capacity to contribute to a larger team.

Responsabilities:

Your duties as a Business Development Representative will consist of the following:

  • Health, Safety, and Well-Being: Adopt a “Safety First” mentality and adhere to all H&S regulations pertinent to this position. For instance, adhering to established safe work practices, the Pristine Principles, site risk assessments, etc.
  • AG Barr’s distribution strategy Focus lines: making sure particular retailers carry our “must stock” lines and highlighting the creation of new products.
  • Integrating our energy range and Focus 5 Brands: Regardless of Route To Market Sales, increase the rate of sale and distribution for important energy and 500 ml packs. KPI delivery: expanding market share, improving scorecards, opening new accounts, displaying, positioning points of sale, availability, etc.
  • Brand plan activation, also known as in-store activation, is the process of marketing and educating merchants about brand plans at the local level, ensuring that the important business messages are communicated clearly and that any related KPIs are met, such as those for new items and tactical activation.
  • Developing Relationships – Cross-functional Work Proficiency – As instructed by your field sales manager, take part in focused tactical activity drives for new product launches and Christmas merchandising.
  • proving an increase in market share within a designated area by improving the scorecard
  • introducing companies with a prepared presentation, getting a purchase commitment, enlightening the retailer on the soft drink category, and providing assistance with any necessary remerchandising when needed.
  • completing administrative tasks as needed, such as order sheets or call reports

Requirements:

The chosen applicant will possess;

  • A valid driver’s license is required.
