You will be tasked with arranging meetings with prospective clients in our target market who are considering staff listening programs as part of this position. Additionally, you will be showcasing our business to prospective customers along with our fantastic goods and services. In order to make sure everything goes as planned, you’ll monitor information on potential customers and collaborate closely with our sales account executives. Responsabilities:
- Find chances and assist the sales team with their sales.
- Obtain and manage leads from various sources as well as incoming leads to make sure everyone is thoroughly followed up with.
- To qualify and schedule a meeting with the account executive, conduct account research and daily outbound phoning and emailing to targeted prospects.
- Create and submit reports in Salesforce that detail activities and outcomes, such as weekly work plans, monthly and annual territory analyses, and daily call logs.
- Attend professional development, educational workshops, and/or technical training on occasion.
Requirements:
- A track record of success as an Enterprise Level SDR or BDR in a B2B sales development or inside sales capacity, as well as experience closing deals with HR buyers.
- Evidence of prior achievement in terms of meeting targets or quotas.
- Prior knowledge with CRM and sales engagement tools, such as HubSpot, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, and Outreach, is preferred.

The anticipated basic salary range for this role is shown above.
