Responsabilities:

• As the team leader, you will oversee a diverse group of engineers who work together to provide creative, high-caliber solutions that add value and boost productivity for our company.
• You will manage operations and monitor changes when you have end-to-end ownership of goods. You will also be the owner of the complete technological stack, which includes service management.
• You will leverage your technical skills to drive development and impact outcomes while working directly with the business and product owners.
• Recruiting and keeping a talented team, coaching and mentoring colleagues, building a world-class engineering function, and making sure the team has the necessary competencies for product development are just a few of your duties.
• In addition, you will support and implement agile / lean delivery processes, manage initiative budgets, monitor service support and SLAs, and help define the technical direction and vision.
• You will also cultivate communities of practise.
