This position will be in charge of regularly updating the team and the larger business on the KPIs, targets, and performance against them.

The chosen applicant will play a crucial role in the company, working closely with various internal departments and executing sales targets.
Responsabilities:
- Lead and coach the Protection team to improve performance. Collaborate with important stakeholders to build the teams’ strategy and sales targets. Provide pertinent KPIs and MI.
- Facilitate increases in sales and accept accountability for the department’s success in relation to goals.
- Collaborate closely with mortgage experts and sales managers to guarantee the best possible lead quality.
- To stay ahead of the competition, find and seize chances to increase conversion and efficiency through ongoing process experimentation and iteration.
- Advisors receive mentoring and coaching in order to hone their professional abilities and prepare them for career advancement when necessary.
- Collaborate closely with HR and the onboarding team to guarantee that the right resources and retention tactics are in place.
- Collaborate closely with the QA team to regularly assess if working procedures are acceptable, and provide training and feedback to the QA coach.
- In charge of making sure the group is suitably trained, adheres to established procedures, and meets customer expectations for performance and results
- Perform a thorough study of sales data in order to report on the potential, development areas, and successes of the sales plan.
- You’ll fight to make things better for both your consumers and brokers.
Requirements:
Qualifications: R01, R05, or CeMAP 1, 2, and 3
Experience
- A minimum of three years’ worth of experience in a controlled, hectic, and dynamic work setting in a role akin to management or team leader
- Additionally, the candidate must demonstrate a strong track record of successfully leading a team of salespeople to increase sales volumes and revenue creation while exhibiting great confidence and leadership qualities.
- Experience analyzing and assessing unprocessed data and turning it into useful sales tactics is a must.
Ideal:
- Thorough understanding of insurance and protection, including standards
- A thorough knowledge of Mortgage and Insurance FCA regulations and a track record of applying them
Proficiency:
