In order to focus on developing, retaining, and fostering our clientele in the social and health care sectors in the South of England, we are seeking an experienced Regional Account Manager to join our outstanding operations team. To propel and sustain Florence’s growth, you’ll collaborate with an incredibly dedicated and cooperative staff.
Responsabilities:
- Assuming responsibility for shift numbers in your area and overseeing the client portfolio within it, you should take possession of your geographic territory.
- Overseeing the entirety of the Florence experience, including training delivery, client follow-up, and retention-focused activities.
- Establishing connections with experts in HR, Finance, Operations, and Care Home Managers.
- Keeping an eye on your region’s performance, spotting clients who could be at risk, and reaching out to lapsed locations again.
- Guiding product development with input from front-line users.
- Become an ambassador for the Florence platform and app, overseeing a 90% product adoption rate.
- Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders (marketing, sales, and worker onboarding) to make sure your area expands in a way that aligns with business goals.
- Meeting the monthly goals set by the company for the area you are assigned.
- Sustain remarkably robust connections and allegiance with customers and important players in your area.
Requeriments:
- Exceptional verbal and writing communication abilities
- Keeping a current driver’s license in the UK to guarantee field presence
- Natural aptitude for establishing connections, networking, and working well in a team
- Ability to prioritize work and handle a large workload
- Prior experience in account administration with an emphasis on field work Previous experience in the health or social care sectors
- The ability to visit our office in Birmingham once a month
