In your capacity as the Executive Team Lead for Client Success, you will be essential to maintaining happy clients and fruitful business partnerships. As the client’s point of contact for escalation, you will oversee a group of four Client Success Executives to guarantee that they provide outstanding service to our clients.
Your ability to lead and think strategically will motivate the team and help ZigZag succeed as a whole.
The Head of Client Operations will get direct reports from the Team Lead.
Responsabilities:
- Team Development: Establish and grow procedures within the team to promote quality. Team members should receive direction, assistance, and training to guarantee alignment with the aims and objectives of the organization.
- Process Development and Implementation: To improve customer interaction and service delivery, create and apply effective processes. Processes should be regularly assessed and improved to increase their efficacy and efficiency.
- KPI Definition and Monitoring: To gauge team performance and guarantee conformity with departmental and corporate OKRs, define key performance indicators (KPIs). To get results, always check KPIs and make necessary corrections.
- Account Management: Serve as the Executive portfolio’s point of escalation. With aggressive account management, relentlessly chase results and foster accountability within the team. Developing Account Development Plans for the Top 30 accounts and new customers. recognizing problems and, if necessary, elevating them or raising them for resolution.
- Promote the Voice of the Customer by keeping an eye on client health, recognizing dissatisfied customers through CSAT and NPS programs, and developing corrective action plans. promoting change inside the company to raise customer satisfaction.
- Growth of Portfolio: Seize expansionary chances. Work together with cross-functional teams to upsell clients on more services and take advantage of revenue opportunities.
- Establish a commercial presence and maximize revenue by looking for ways to increase account profitability. Through commercial bids for contract renewals, the client portfolio’s commercial position is being tracked, and possible exposure areas are being mitigated.
- Leading weekly, monthly, and quarterly routines with the team to track retailer success is essential for performance monitoring. Make sure shops are trading according to plan and deal with any variations in a proactive manner.
- In-person client reviews across the portfolio should be conducted on a regular basis, bringing cross-functional colleagues together when necessary.
- Ad Hoc tasks and Business Meetings: Manage workflow to complete ad hoc tasks and represent the team at important business meetings. Exhibit a desire to go above and beyond the essential duties of the position.
Requeriments:
- Experience in Logistics, Retail, and SaaS Sectors
- Capacity to oversee internal and external stakeholders
- Self-assurance when presenting to higher-ups
- Capacity to oversee several connections and tasks at once; superb attention to detail; strong negotiating and business sense
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on the needs of the client in the resolution process
- Traveling throughout the UK and Europe for in-person customer interactions is crucial.
