With a comprehensive understanding of the email sector, you will drive service development as the Head of Email, overseeing the client portfolio across all pertinent platforms. Your knowledge will guarantee that Visualsoft stays at the forefront of the sector, constantly generating outstanding returns on investment and utilizing the newest collaborations and technologies.

To enable a best-in-class product or service at every client touchpoint while delivering outstanding knowledge and customer service, training, mentoring, and coaching the team is crucial.

The Head of Email will serve as Visualsoft’s go-to person for all things email-related and be the ultimate product specialist.

Responsabilities:

Growth in Clientele and Sales:

  • Oversee the customer portfolio’s expansion and retention.
  • Determine and take advantage of email-based sales opportunities while creating pitches and supporting materials.
  • Maintain and expand partnerships to improve service performance.
  • Always aim to deliver the best outcomes possible via email for Visualsoft clients.

Knowledge & Expertise:

  • Retain up-to-date knowledge of upcoming technologies and trends while remaining an authority in the email industry.
  • Become the agency’s go-to person for all things email related.
  • Updating and creating sales documentation for email services is important.

Development & Leadership:

  • To advance their knowledge, email specialists should be trained, mentored, and developed.
  • Encourage and mentor team members to reach their professional and personal potential.
  • Lead and participate to represent Visualsoft at conferences and outside activities.

Enhancing Services and Procedures:

  • Keep up and periodically assess our best-in-class email service to make sure it keeps up with market developments.
  • Make an effort to preserve and enhance procedures and supporting documentation.
  • Diagnose and fix email-related customer problems that have been forwarded to you.
  • Encourage cross-team and cross-channel activities at Visualsoft.

Requeriments:

  • Extensive and trackable senior-level expertise managing emails, either on behalf of clients or agencies.
  • Proficiency with tools, analytics, forecasting, measurement, and external email platforms.
  • In developing and implementing email campaigns.
  • A track record of success leading, developing, and adapting a specialised team.
  • Solid experience working with clients and demonstrated ability to provide strategies.
  • The capacity to work both individually and together under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Strong presentation abilities and a confident communication style in both written and verbal forms.
  • Strong precision, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
  • The capacity to exercise both independent judgment and teamwork.
  • Self-driven and can-do mentality.
  • Strong business sense and track record of leadership.
  • Expertise in development, coaching, and team management.

Ideal, but unquestionably helpful:

  • Familiarity with online shopping and other digital media platforms.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools, Google Tag Manager, Attribution, and Google Data Studio.
