Your main goal as an enterprise account executive is to acquire new brands by pursuing corporate deals across several verticals using a solutions-based approach.
Responsabilities:
- Seek out and seize any appropriate chance to obtain logos through a variety of methods.
- Builds consensus, maps out complicated enterprise accounts, and finally negotiates and closes professional services and licensing agreements.
- Make captivating, goal-oriented sales presentations both in person and electronically.
- Create a solid working rapport with the important client stakeholders.
- Collaborate with your inside sales and marketing colleagues to develop a plan, message, and sales materials specific to your line of business.
- Create a pipeline of opportunities for enterprise businesses (2,000–10,000 employees) in a certain territory in order to look for ways to replace or advance their current recruitment platforms.
- Learn about general trends, new technology, and rivals in the sector.
- Provide accurate predictions and effectively anticipate, reduce, and manage deal risks.
Requeriments:
- 5 years or more of minimum experience selling enterprise/cloud software and effectively pitching executive-level clients high-end corporate software and technology solutions
- Prior sales experience in corporate HR/HCM Applications for multinational and corporate businesses
- Self-assured in creating ROI presentations and software demonstrations
- Strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills with important stakeholders at all levels
- Experience selling solutions at an expert level, familiarity with The Challenger Sale approach or technique, or something comparable
- Capacity to travel at least 30% and operate remotely with success
